Spring is a beautiful time to be in Missouri! If you’ve never seen all the flowers and trees in full bloom, then you are really missing out! Dogwoods aren’t the only things in bloom, though. Missouri Botanical Garden

This garden is a National Historic Landmark, having been founded and continuously operated since 1859 – the oldest botanical garden in the nation! There are 79 acres of horticulture to explore, but the garden isn’t just about beauty. It is also a center for botanical research and science education. How cool is that?

Now through October 10th, 2021, you can visit the garden and enjoy the incredible visiting show: OrigamiintheGarden | A Monumental Outdoor Sculpture Exhibition. There are 18 large sculpture throughout the garden to enjoy while taking in the rest of the beautiful scenery. This show is also included in the cost of admission.
