Traditionally, Missouri’s wine country encompassed the lower Missouri Valley, but has now grown to encompass many areas of the state. Famous wineries in Hermann, Washington and Augusta include Stone Hill, Hermanhof, Adam Puchta, Augusta, Montelle, Mount Pleasant, Bias, and Robler. St. James boasts the award-wining St. James Winery.
The Les Bourgeois Vineyard in Rocheport offers a beautiful view overlooking the Missouri River.
The Ste. Genevieve area now boasts several wineries, including Charleville and Chaumette. New wineries in St. Charles, Jefferson City, and Weston add to Missouri’s diversity. Lesser-known wineries can be found throughout the state.
